چکیده
Pesticides are usually used as an effective tool to control pests in agriculture; however, these chemicals may be a threat nontarget organisms, especially aquatic because environments the last station of pollutants. The present study evaluated toxicity commercial formulation neonicotinoid (acetamiprid 20% SP) systematic pesticide on survival, hematology, and histology grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella). For purposes, 105 fingerlings with average body weight 30 ± 2 g were exposed 0, 50, 100, 150, 200 mg·L−1 acetamiprid for 96 h. According data, clear mortality was observed concentration elevated ( P < 0.01 ). LC50 h 121.146 mg·L−1. hematological parameters fish changed, following exposure id="M2"> 0.05 Also, strong correlation found between concentrations stress bioindicators such glucose, total protein, albumin, cholesterol id="M3"> There not significant tissue damage group (0 acetamiprid); led tissues lesions hypertrophy, hyperplasia, uplifting gill filaments, necrosis epithelial cells, pyknosis karyorrhexis liver hemorrhage cell. Finally, acetamiprid-exposed exhibited some clinical signs including unbalanced swimming near water surface, increasing operculum movement, deaths open-mouthed. results clearly showed survival-reducing effects C. Idella, which return induced by pesticide. can base future studies environmental management.

Case report of chondroma in a grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)
The grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) is a herbivorous, freshwater fish species of the family Cyprinidae, and the only species of the genus Ctenopharyngodon. Neoplasms in fishes are generally less aggressive than neoplasms in mammals and are most commonly discrete, focal and benign neoplasms. A 3-year-old grass carp with a big mass on the vertebrae was referred to the clinic. According to the...
متن کاملEffects of Feeding Frequency on Growth Performance and Survival Rate of Grass Carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)
In present study the effect of feeding frequency on growth performance, feed efficiency and survival rate of juvenile of grass carp were investigated. Three groups of juvenile grass carp (average weight 4.31±0.1 g) designed with three feeding frequencies one meal a day (D1), two meals a day (D2) and four meals a day (D3) with two replicates of each treatment combination were applied in this exp...

OBJECTIVES The aim of present study was to evaluate the effect of peracetic acid (PAA) on haematotological and biochemical indices, antioxidant status, micronucleus induction and histopathological alterations of liver and gill in grass carp. METHODS Grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) juveniles were exposed to therapeutic concentrations (1, and 3 mg x l(-1)) of PAA for a period of 10 days. S...
متن کاملProtective Roles of Grass Carp Ctenopharyngodon idella Mx Isoforms against Grass Carp Reovirus
BACKGROUND Myxovirus resistance (Mx) proteins are crucial effectors of the innate antiviral response against a wide range of viruses, mediated by the type I interferon (IFN-I) signaling pathway. However, the antiviral activity of Mx proteins is diverse and complicated in different species. METHODOLOGY/PRINCIPAL FINDINGS In the current study, two novel Mx genes (CiMx1 and CiMx3) were identifie...
متن کاملInsights into the Antiviral Immunity against Grass Carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) Reovirus (GCRV) in Grass Carp
Global fish production from aquaculture has rapidly grown over the past decades, and grass carp shares the largest portion. However, hemorrhagic disease caused by grass carp reovirus (GCRV) results in tremendous loss of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) industry. During the past years, development of molecular biology and cellular biology technologies has promoted significant advances in the...
